We are currently seeking a candidate for a Manager, Business Development – Field Sales (BDM) who will enjoy an assigned portfolio of existing producing client accounts as well as prospecting for new accounts. This position also researches, plans, and prioritizes prospects, establishes interest, and assesses opportunities to sell the company’s integrated solutions.
Responsibilities: • Establish relationships with new clients; includes qualifying, needs analysis, developing solutions, positioning, creating contracts, negotiations and closing deals • Serve as the primary contact for decision makers and lead the sales process • Work closely with existing accounts to grow and deepen relationships
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required • Previous sales experience in a quota carrying business development role • 1-10 years experience in Outside Sales w/ document management or commercial printing experience a plus • Demonstrable history of success • Presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills • Effective communicator to top-level leaders and managers
